For more than three decades, Richard Bray has provided leadership and expertise in judiciary and criminal matters to the Indiana General Assembly. He carries a unique blend of experience – 18 years in the House of Representatives before coming over to the Senate in 1992. Add this to his years of work as an attorney, and it’s no wonder why legislators on both sides of the aisle rely on him in criminal issues.

Bray serves as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee and also sits on the Criminal, Civil and Public Policy Committee. A retired major with the Indiana National Guard, he is also active in veterans affairs legislation.
